Privacy policy

PitchBase Global is a static website with no user accounts. We try to collect as little as possible.

Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4, which helps us understand which pages are read, what people search for on the site, and which outbound links are clicked. GA4 sets cookies and receives your IP address, browser and device information, and pages visited. Google signals and ad personalisation are turned off. Google’s use of this data is described in How Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can block analytics with a browser extension or Google’s opt-out add-on.

Forms

If you send a correction or a message, we receive what you type, plus an email address only if you give one. Form submissions are processed by our hosting provider, Netlify. We use them only to respond to you and to improve the dataset.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Netlify, which processes standard request logs (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver and secure the site.

Outbound links

When you click a purchase or source link, you leave PitchBase Global, and the other site’s privacy policy applies.
